K is for you're killing me, joker.

Actually, we're in need of distraction. I have little to say on the Kosher chapter.

(And if anyone wants to take a letter, run with it. This is somewhat exhausting.)

(I forgot to tell you that the Obitch was looking over my shoulder when you were chatting me at work and saw that I had called you "Sugar Mama" and you had called me "Hotstuff." Hehe)

I sort of enjoyed the kosher chapter. I thought she had a nice way of poking fun at an arcane practice while still showing a certain appreciation — awe, even. Her borscht recipes did not appeal to me, although I enjoy how she says stuff like "salt, pepper, and so on," as if her readers are all fellow gourmands who will naturally catch her drift. (I didn't get what she meant by straining the liquid in the first recipe).
