And I have little to say about the Kosher chapter. I did like this:

See, KC, I was trying to remember the c in borscht and put it in Fisher instead.
I like borscht! We had it fairly often when I was a kid. It's a standard around here, with all the Russian and German Mennonites everywhere. My grandma made the decidedly unkosher version made with ham hocks.
But Erin, it has beets in it!
