Looks interesting. I'd never heard of the book, and I haven't seen the movie. And I haven't read an epistolary novel since reading Samuel Richardson as an undergraduate.
I wouldn't mind pushing it back a tad. I thought I had ordered a copy from Amazon, (and I've been waiting for it to arrive), but apparently I didn't. Not sure how that happened.

The Parmée translation is the one to get, so it appears. We'll begin July 1?
Oh, fantastic!
Yes, yes, yes!

If you guys think July 1 is too soon to start this discussion, we can push it back a little. What do you think?
How long is the book? I don't think we have a copy yet.
Pocket-sized paperback is more than 300 pages.
It doesn't matter to me. I haven't found it locally, so I'm going to order from Amazon today so that I'm not looking for copies at the last minute.

Does starting a week out, July 8, sound good to everyone? Or we could get back on our 15th of the month schedule. Either way is fine with moi.
I like the 15th. I tried to say that in a comment earlier, but the comment never showed up.
